Terms of Service

These terms apply to all services provided by Vuka Business Solutions, operated by CapeTown CMT Pvt Ltd.

Quotations and pricing

All published prices are starting prices. A final quotation depends on your requirements, scope, urgency, number of pages or products, research requirements, third-party costs and level of support required. A quotation is valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

Payment

Work begins once the agreed deposit is received. Final documents, files or website handovers are released on full payment.

Third-party fees

Statutory, government, professional, banking, accounting, hosting, domain and other third-party fees are excluded from our fees and are charged separately where applicable.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful information, documents and content. Delays in providing information will affect delivery dates.

Revisions and delivery

Each service includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed in your quotation. Additional revisions or scope changes may be quoted separately.

Outcomes

We prepare and support applications and documents but do not guarantee approval of registrations, funding applications, bank accounts, licences or compliance outcomes.
